Change can be difficult; it disrupts daily habits and can challenge attitudes and motivation. Even a positive change, such as a promotion, can create stress. Learning to better understand our reactions to change can help us better navigate this tricky, and often uncomfortable, process. This workshop will help participants better understand the art and science of change.
Workshop participants will:
- Understand the phrases of change, and learn strategies to navigate these
- Identify causes of stress during times of change
- Learn about dynamics that impact change
- Learn strategies to manage individual responses to change
