June Whittaker

June Whittaker serves as the Community Development Educator for Lake County, focusing on sustainability, recycling, and litter prevention education. She works with schools, community groups, and local events to promote environmental stewardship. June holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Psychology from Case Western Reserve University and a Master of Public Health in Health Education and Communication from Tulane University. Previously, she supported nutrition education as a SNAP-Ed program assistant in Lake County. She is excited to use her public health background and teaching experience to advance sustainable living practices.
