Anne Johnson has spent her career working with people – in health care, long term support services, fundraising and organization development, serving in several leadership roles. She has developed training curriculums for grief and loss and graduate level leadership courses, developed statewide programs for advocacy and faith based institutions and administered a continuing education program for a multi-site long term support services organization. Anne now works as a Program Manager for the Alber Enterprise Center, which is part of Ohio State University Extension, serving businesses throughout Ohio. Her focus is on both the long term support services sector as well as healthcare in general. Anne is a trained facilitator for The Leadership Challenge® (Kouzes and Posner). In addition to her role with the Alber Enterprise Center, she also teaches graduate students as a faculty member for Davenport University in Grand Rapids, Michigan, focusing on critical thinking, managerial communication skills and organization development.
