AD Update:

Monthly Mileage Reporting

Associating a reward with an activity is what leads to the development and maintenance of positive habits. Regular reimbursement for your monthly mileage is one such reward that requires activity on your part. As requested by the business office, if you are traveling on Extension-related non-overnight business, you should submit monthly. Ideally all travel for the month should be on the same eRequest; that is, each eRequest should contain only one monthly mileage log. Attach your Excel mileage log file, include all the appropriate chartfield info, and submit for approval. If there is more than one Org, please send a copy of the eRequest to any approver who will not automatically receive the eRequest. If you have receipts, the originals should be kept either in your county (if the expense is charged to your county) or in the State CD office (if charged to a CD fund). Click here to view the mileage job aid. Please let Sandy know if you have any questions. Maybe work to make travel reimbursement and program reporting in RiV part of your regular end-of-month routine...both activities will yield rewards for you!

Speaking of reporting, thanks to you for sharing program data and Sandy for compiling and formatting, again this year we have our CD Accountability Report. Please use it and share it.

Reminder!  Original request sent on Friday, April 26 . . .
Speaking of reporting, before May 24, please take a moment to provide figures that apply to your work (in some cases, estimates are the best we can do, and that is fine). You can enter your figures into this attached file, save, and send to me (davis.1081@osu.edu). Your individual responses will be compiled into one report from Ohio and forwarded on to be aggregated into the larger North Central CD Program report.
