OSU Extension-Noble County helps bring New Caldwell Health Center

Gwynn Stewart, educator, community development (CD), OSU Extension-Noble County, convened partners to help bring the new Caldwell Family Health Center to Noble County through Ohio Hills Health Services and the Noble County Health Department. This center is a federally qualified health center and provides services to all with a sliding fee for those in poverty and the uninsured.
