Join CD colleagues as we continue to discuss the biggest OSU Extension CD program effort of 2018 (the 2018 NACDEP conference in Cleveland), key programmatic and organizational goals for the next 3-5 years and how we will be part of “Health Extension.” Professional development and administrative update for OSU Extension Community Development faculty and staff will take place as well.  

The Ohio Land Exchange is an action-research project that seeks to test the feasibility of a new collaborative site-planning framework, in which community groups and other stakeholders jointly develop and design new approaches to vacant land reuse in cities with high levels of vacant and abandoned land. Lima was the first city in Ohio in which this new framework has been tested.

Come learn about the history of climate change, its current trends and outlook, and hear tips on gardening practices relative to climate change with Dr. Thomas Blaine, Associate Professor, Ohio State University, on Tuesday,  March 21, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Washington State Community College’s Graham Auditorium.

The 36th Annual Ohio Charter Captains Conference will be held Saturday, March 4 at the Cedar Point Conference Center at the BGSU-Firelands campus in Huron, Ohio.
