OSU Extension Annual Conference

OSU Extension-only Conference will be held at The Fawcett Center, 2400 Olentangy River Road in Columbus on January 23.

• Cost: There is no cost to attend January 23 only.
• Agenda: Please see the attached agenda, which includes an overview of designEXT, professional association meetings, the Keith L. Smith Innovation in Extension Lecture, and all Extension awards.
• Registration: Visit engage.osu.edu/conference – click the “Register now” button in top right corner
  • On registration page 2, please be sure to answer the required question: “Do you plan to attend ONLY January 23 (Extension-only day)?”
    • This question will allow processing of a change order so you are not charged if ONLY attending January 23.
  • Add your PR# to registration so we can accurately match your registration to an approved payment. Do this only if you are attending the Community Engagement Conference as well.
  • On registration page 3, please be sure to select any/all sessions you plan to attend (if attending all three days) so we have accurate counts.
• Included: Parking (January 23 only), morning beverages, lunch, and an early evening reception are included.
• Payment: Via eRequest. If you are attending January 23 only, no eRequest is needed. If you are attending any part of the Community Engagement Conference (January 24-25), you will need an eRequest. If you are staying overnight to attend any of the three days, you will also need an approved T#.
• Lodging: Hotel blocks are established at five hotels close to the conference sites. The information can be found here.
