AD Update:

Five Homework Assignments – Making the Most of Time Spent Together

Our Spring CD Unit Meeting will be held Wednesday, April 3 in the Ag Admin Auditorium. The full day’s agenda offers a variety of ways to advance your professional goals as well as unit and organizational goals. I encourage you to take some time to prepare in advance in order to make the most of our time spent together this day.

  • Take a look at CarmenConnect and Buckeye Box. We’ll focus on how we can use these tools to support our collaborative efforts.
  • Plan to provide updates on your ‘core’ and ‘signature’ program team efforts as well as your individual priorities and/or program proposals.
  • Review the materials posted online about reporting Programs and Events in RiV as well as another area in which each of us can fine tune our efforts; describing our program impact.
  • As part of the agenda, we’ll have an opportunity to ‘fireside chat’ about all things Extension CD with Extension Director Keith Smith before lunch from 10:30-11:30. Please send me the questions you’d like Keith to address that day, by March 27 for compiling.

This is just a sampling of all we have in store that day. Please make some time to review what you’d like to share and what you need to know. If you have not already RSVP’d (regrets too), please do so here to enjoy a day packed full of information and fun with colleagues.
