2009 OSU Roads Scholars Tour - Wyandot County Stop ( September 10, 2009)

Wyandot Solar LLC - Wyandot Solar LLC is a subsidiary of juwi solar Inc., a Colorado based company. The solar generation facility will produce approximately 10.08 megawatts. AEP Ohio, through a 20 year power purchase agreement will purchase the power from Wyandot Solar LLC. to distribute through the main power grid. This project will be located next to the Wyandot County Airport on County Road 44 and cover roughly 85 acres, making it the largest solar generation facility in the Midwest and one of the largest in the United States.
